Mariguana ¿Planta criminal?

Mexico and the United States are living a struggle against drug trafficking and organized crime, constantly binational collaboration against drug cartels on both sides of the border. United States is the country that consumes more weed in the world and Mexico is the bridge , is the crossing, provideed, but if there were it would not consumer market , there would offer. Marijuana has been very controversial , because it is an ancient plant, the Aztecs, and some tribes of North American Indians ate to the cultural , medical and traditional causes. In the United States prohibiting approximately between 1900 and 1913 and in Mexico in the second decade of the twentieth century. Today Marijuana can be legal if prescribed medically. Use in therapeutic and medicinal doses: This is the Medical Marijuana .

Controversial subject (item) to probate . They say the use of marijuana in medicine is good for treating some medical problems , but in some states of the American Union has approved its use for therapeutic purposes. The Congress of the Union in Mexico and not yet approved for use in national territory is the same as having a conventional drug.

However, it has been scientifically proven medicinal use , why plant remains a " drug" criminal? Someday will be legalized?

Consumption should be free, if people know their effects and not just marijuana, but all drugs should be free. The snuff and drinking alcohol are just as harmful and dangerous to health, are these are not banned? Generate millions of dollars in profits.

* In fact it has been shown that if becoming legalized , would end one of the main problems between nations drug trafficking (at least of marijuana diminish considerably .
But now to the Mexican authorities, whether or not marijuana medicinal marijuana remains and is punishable by law and jail. So if you go across the border , do not risk it .

** Uruguay approves legalize the production and sale of marijuana. This is the point against drug trafficking and South American cartels (who used the region of South America and its routes to Africa, Asia, the Atlantic Ocean). It is a breakthrough because more control is taken into your purchase legally. Already on drug use (consume) is the responsibility of the users and the state must prevent addiction campaigns and educational guidance. José Mujica, President of Uruguay is emerging as a great statesman, who shattered the traditional policy delicate issues for the international community, it is necessary to see south america and analyze our being made in human rights, abortion, union or marriage between persons of the same gender or sex, and now the freedom to produce and sell marijuana. What do you think?
